Check Imaging

We are pleased to offer check imaging with imaged statements at no additional cost to our customers. Images of your checks are also available at any of our three branches or via BDC Internet Banking. Check images are considered a legal document.

Electronic Debits

Automation makes things quick and simple at BDC. Our computers can handle any internal transaction for you monthly, weekly or whenever you need it. Overdraft protection from a saving account or a monthly transfer to your college student's account . . . BDC automation can do it for you.

Account may be overdrawn due to overdrafts created by check, in person withdrawals, ATM or POS transactions, or other electronic means. See "Bank of Dixon County - Common Features" brochure for further information regarding Overdraft and Return Check fees. Bank retains the right not to honor insufficient funds checks. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, or you are not making regular deposits, or you have had too many overdrafts.

VISA Check Card

Our BDC VISA Check Card looks like a credit card . . . but works like a check worldwide. There are two ways you can use a BDC Check Card to make purchases and have the transaction electronically deducted from your NDC checking or savings account.

Here are the two ways it can work when you swipe your card at thousands of
Point-of-Sale checkout counters worldwide:

1. If the sweep screen asks Debit or Credit you can Press Credit and sign the check-out receipt just like a credit card. This gives you the safety and record of a signed receipt, but the purchase will still be deducted from your checking account.
2. You also have the option to Press Debit and enter your Personal PIN Number which allows a direct debit from your checking account.

BDC Credit Cards

We offers our own low interest VISA and MasterCard programs. With or without annual fees and other options, we allow you to choose. And our low interest rates are not lead-on rates for only 30 or 90 days.

A BDC Credit Card allows you to call your BDC Team when you need help, or have a billing error and lost card. Payments on your BDC Credit Card can also be made directly at either Bank location or to us by mail or automatic debit.

We offer a variety of credit cards options offering both VISA and Mastercard choices. Below is a brief example of our basic VISA Credit Card.
